LEADERSHIP
Surojit is the founder and CEO of Ema. Previously, he guided Coinbase through a successful 2021 IPO as its Chief Product Officer and scaled Google Mobile Ads and Google Shopping into multi-billion dollar businesses as the VP and Head of Product. Surojit holds 40 US patents and has an MBA from MIT, MS in Computer Science from SUNY at Buffalo, and a B. Tech from IIT Kharagpur.
Souvik is a Silicon Valley veteran. He spearheaded Data, Machine Learning, and Devices initiatives as Okta's VP of Engineering and led TrustGraph, a system to combat ad fraud using machine learning, at Google. At Hewlett Packard Labs Souvik was crucial in helping incubate HP Location Aware. Souvik has a PhD in Computer Science from Duke University and holds 37 US patents.
Swati has extensive experience in strategy and operations. She has built and led various R&D Operations teams at Shopify. Starting her career at McKinsey & Co., Swati has also used her product strategy expertise to help grow Google brands, including Search, Maps, YouTube, Shopping, and Ads. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School with a B.Tech and M.Tech from IIT Delhi.
