This Ema Unlimited, Inc., ("Ema", or "we", or "us," or "our") respects the importance of the privacy of the enterprise users of our software-as-a-service platform for generative workflow automation services (the "Services") we make available through our web site (the "Site"). We have created this Privacy Statement ("Privacy Statement") to inform users about how we collect, use, share and otherwise process information relating to individuals ("Personal Information"). This Privacy Statement is incorporated by reference into the Ema Subscription Terms (the "Terms").

DO NOT TRACK (”DNT”) is a privacy preference that users can set in certain web browsers. DNT is a way for users to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or online services. Please note that we do not respond to or honor DNT signals or similar mechanisms transmitted by web browsers.


Our Site and Services are not directed on, nor do we knowingly collect Personal Information from, children under the age of 16.
